Thickness shall be uniform though out piece and the shipment + .3mm/-0mm
All face defects to be putty filled and sanded smooth prior to applying film
to minimize face defects or sanding ripples from telegraphing through film
Face and Back shall be smooth to the touch without telegraphing bumps, bubbles, or ridges
Glue: WBP (Weather/Boil Proof) Real Phenolic Glue or Very High Quality Waterproof Melamine glue shall be used for all Core Plies, face Plies, and Film Bonding. Plywood must pass 24hr boil test without any signs of delamination or veneer or film separation.
Core: #1 Poplar Core Veneer allowing no more than 5 pieces per ply with Taped Joints and NO Core Veneer Overlap. Interior core voids are limited to 3mm x 150mm
Edge core voids to be filled and sanded then coated with water proof paint (Red or Orange). Coating shall be thick with heavy Viscosity to prevent moisture from entering edge grain of the plywood.
